Travis Perkins Managed Services (TPMS) has partnered with Metworks since 2017, initially providing materials for their London housing stock. In 2021, our partnership expanded significantly when we secured the contract to support their operations across the East Midlands. Our services extend beyond void properties to include repairs and maintenance materials, offering a comprehensive supply solution for Metworks’ diverse needs.
During our partnership, TPMS and Metworks looked for further improvements in operational productivity and efficiency by streamlining processes, from branch orders to site and void deliveries. This was achieved through strategic void van stock optimisation and the implementation of TPgo Order.
Branch Coverage
For our Metworks contract, we operate out of a stand-alone Managed Store located in the Midlands. This contract is serviced by a dedicated Stores Manager.

TPgo Order, one of our innovative web-based applications, offers Metworks the ability to check stock availability, track orders in real- time and request materials with ease. It increased their operational efficiencies by:
