Our aim is to further support the MOD requirement to achieve greater value for money and to help drive efficiencies into the wider Defence supply chain- either directly with the MOD or through existing contractors and/or sub-contractors
Whether for large capital works projects or repair, maintenance and improvement (RMI) of the Defence Estate, our unique position ensures that we deliver bespoke and optimised solutions to meet all Defence needs.

"TP Managed Services have delivered on all of their promises and more. We passed our stores people over to TPMS under TUPE and even with this cost included in their rates, we obtained an initial discount in material costs and have seen an overall 20% saving against BCIS rates in the first 3 ½ years of the contract - on top of this staff saving. They have achieved all of their set KPIs and I would have no hesitation in recommending Travis Perkins Managed Services to any potential client."

“The impact of the new Rapid Response Repairs Service has far exceeded our expectations, both in terms of improving tenant satisfaction levels and reducing our costs. Thanks to the new system, we were able to achieve a £600,000 direct saving on our repairs and maintenance budget”.
“The Travis Perkins Group has been instrumental in helping the Trust maximise the efficiency of our operatives. A collaborative approach has meant that that Trust can now exceed its own very high KPIs every year the stores operation has been in place. ‘Materials on the Move’ has had a big impact on how we carry out our repairs and our tenants are more satisfied with the service we are providing. The price of materials has actually been reduced in real terms since we opened the store and this has helped the trust save £60k annually on the cost of materials."
Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust
"Working across various regions with the UK, we required a partner that could provide a consistent service across the country. With access to over 84 TP Group branches within our housing geographical area of operation, TP Managed Services provided the obvious choice to support our repairs, void and planned operatives. This, alongside our approachable and efficient account management team ensures that this is a strong partnership which we are looking forward to building upon throughout this contract”

"Thirteen Group embarked on an exciting new partnership with Travis Perkins in early 2016, as the exclusive materials supplier for Property Services. In August 2016 three bespoke Managed Service stores were launched with the intention of driving value for money and stock standardisation for the Group, but to also assist in increasing productivity, supporting our ability to achieve completion targets and to ultimately enhance the overall customer experience.
We have initially piloted the Managed Services provision within our Repairs and Maintenance directorate and envisage the remaining areas of Property Service will be utilising the agreement throughout 2017. The transition to a Managed Services solution has not been without teething problems, however process improvements and stock streamlines are being identified daily with all post mobilisation activities now being executed. Throughout the partnership agreement, what has enabled us to remain effective is the enthusiasm and passion of the teams working together, both from Thirteen and Travis Perkins, to make a positive difference in how we deliver our service."
